Day 1: Your Arrival to Cairo

Welcome to Egypt at any time,

Your tour leader will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport then he will take and escort you to the hotel by exclusive air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. At the hotel he will assist you with a smooth check-in and reviews your holiday itinerary with you and confirms pick-up times for each tour. You’ll spend an overnight in Cairo.
There will be a welcome drink.

Day 2: Giza Pyramids & Sakkara Step Pyramid

Have your breakfast at the hotel in Cairo then you will meet your personal guide who will escort you to Great Three Pyramids of Cheops which built of a large number of huge stones about 2 million piece and inside it a lot of corridors, passages & Solar Boat in front of Cheops Pyramid with an extra tickets, also Chephren and MenkuRaa as you can enjoy discovering their internal corridors like the great pyramid. Then you can move to see the Sphinx, the head of a pharaoh with a lion’s body which dates from the time of Chephren, the tour also includes a visit to the Valley Temple which belongs to the pyramids of chefren.

Lunch is included during the tour then move to Sakkara archaeological site where first Step pyramid which located among a Great funerary Complex that is considered as the oldest structure of stone in the world but the pyramid specially is one of the results of the Ancient Egyptians attempts to achieve the complete form of the pyramid which appeared in the Great Three Pyramids at Giza site. After that transfer to Memphis, the oldest capital of Ancient Egypt in the reign of king Mena in The Old Kingdom, it was known as The White City, as it was filling of its white stones fences and fortifications. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 3: Cairo, Egyptian Museum, Old Coptic Cairo, Saladin Citadel & Bazaar

Check out after breakfast at your hotel in Cairo then meet your private guide, move to The Egyptian Museum which contains the most important artifacts from different eras of Ancient Egypt. The museum displays a rare collection of 5000 years of royal ornaments like this collection of the famous king Tutankhamen of treasure, gold and jewelry.

Have your Lunch throughout the tour at local restaurant then move to Saladin Citadel and  Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque inside.

Proceed to Old Cairo where you will visit the Hanging Church which is the oldest hanging church in Egypt and Ben Ezra Synagogue. Then shopping will be at Khan El Khalili which is the most famous bazaar in Egypt.

After that you will be transferred to Giza railway station to board the sleeper train to Aswan and your dinner and breakfast will be served on board overnight inside your compartment.

Day 4: Aswan, Nile Cruise, High Dam, Philae Temple & Unfinished Obelisk

You will be met & assisted by your leader at Aswan station then embark your Nile Cruise, have your Lunch at 11:00 a.m. then visit The High Dam, proceed to magical Philae Temple, island located in the center of Nile River at Aswan and consisted of a lot of huge stones and rocks of Pink granite stone, dedicated to Goddess “Isis”. These temples show the extent of the influence of goddess Isis in this period, the main temple backs to the Ptolemaic period.

The importance of it is that this temples contains the last Hieroglyphic and Demotic text from Ancient Egypt and an important scene shows the headwaters of the Nile at the south. After that see the largest ancient Obelisk “the Unfinished Obelisk” backs to the reign of Queen Hatshepswt. Have your dinner on board and overnight in Aswan.

Day 5: Aswan, Kom Ombo & Edfu Temples

Sail to Kom Ombo Temple,have your breakfast on board then visit the site which located 45 km far from north Aswan, It was called “Nibit”, in the ancient times means “the golden city”. This  site has a distinct site as it is located in the big curvature which made by Nile River, this temple combines between the elements of the Ptolemaic Art and the Roman Art. The temple has 2 sections which form together the main temple, one of them dedicated to God “Sobek” and the other for “Horus wr” means the great Horus. There is a small building called MaMisy and a shrine for Goddess Hathor and other monuments.

Sail to Edfu and lunch on board. After that visit the Edfu Temple (Edfu is located in Aswan, its main deity was “Hor Behdty”, the main temple there was Edfu Temple and it is considered as one of the best preserved and marvelous temples in Egypt from the Ptolemaic era.construction process began in this temple in the reign of king Ptolemy III, there is a small building which called MaMisy which means the house of holy birth, the temple combines between the elements of the Ancient Egyptian Art and the elements of the Ptolemaic Art.
Take afternoon tea during sailing to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 6: Luxor, Valley of the Kings, Hatshepswt Temple & Colossi of Memnon

Sail to Luxor, take your breakfast on board then visit the West Bank, where Valley of the Kings, where you can see a great collection of tombs which dedicated to the kings of New kingdom era from Ancient Egypt, these tombs which carved into rock and decorated with a mythological scenes and writings,where the Ancient Egyptians buried their kings Such as Tut-Ankh-Amen, AmonhotepII, Tutmosis III and King Ramssess VI with a great treasures of gold, silver, jewelry and sarcophaguses.

After that, visit the magical Temple of Queen Hatshepswt, which was carved inside the western mountain of Thebes by order of her.
You will pass by the colossi of Memnon ( two huge statues back to king Amenhotep III).
Enjoy afternoon tea during sailing. Dinner on board Overnight in Luxor.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.

Day 7: Luxor, East bank, Karnak & Luxor temples

Have your Breakfast aboard cruise then disembark and meet your tour guide to visit Karnak Temples (a complex of temples contain a lot of halls, the sacred lack which didn’t dry from the time of the pharaohs as a symbol to the eternal ocean and huge columns decorate with ancient Egyptian drawings and writings about more than 5000 years ago didn’t erase by the time.

Then visit the luxor temple, which located in the center of the city in a marvelous views combine between the ancient times and the modern times.

You will be transferred to Luxor railway station to board the sleeper train back to Cairo. Have your dinner and overnight on board sleeper train in your private compartment (2 beds).

Day 8: turn Back to Cairo

Have your Breakfast aboard sleeper train before arriving Giza train station, where you will be met and assisted by our representative who will transfer you to your hotel (you will check into your room) with some optional tours available in Cairo and overnight stay at your hotel in Cairo.

Day 9: magical Alexandria, Qaitbay Citadel, Catacombs tombs & Alexandria Library

“For You”, Free day in Cairo or optional tour to Alexandria visiting Qaitbay Citadel, It was erected on the exact site of the famous Lighthouse of Alexandria and was one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.It was built by order from the founder of it Sultan named Al-Ashraf Abou Anasr Saif El-Din Qaitbay El-Jerkasy (1468-1496 AD)and it was considered as military construction which has been ordered to rise in protection of Egypt against the Turkish attacks during the times of Mamluke Qaitbay in Alexandria.

Proceed to visit the Roman Catacombs tombs which named by that name that refers to the rock cut underground tombs, also its planning like the Christian Catacomb in Rome, these tombs show scenes combine between the Ancient Egyptian Art and the Roman & Greek Arts, it’s backs to the 1st:4th century, its planning consists of 3 floors under the ground as its entrance leads to spiral staircase which leads to halls and wells. Return to Cairo and overnight.

Day 10: your Final Departure

Have your breakfast at the hotel in Cairo, have a free time before your flight then check out. After that transfer to Cairo International Airport for final departure.

about-Prices :

Prices are quoted in US Dollars per person per trip and valid till September 2013, except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays. Single room occupancy is applied for those coming with other and prefer single occupancy. So there will be a different rate for solo traveler.

2 – 5.99 pay 25% of tour price

6 – 11.99 pay 50% of tour price

12+ pay full tour price as per adult person

If your tour package includes airfare then an extra charges for your children may apply.

 

Payment Policy

Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired Egypt tour, spaces will be secured upon receive a deposit of 25 %, and during the Christmas and New Year holidays and tour packages the required deposit is 50%. This deposit forms part of your final payment. Deposits can only be made by credit cards, wire transfer and or Western Union

 

Egypt Entry Visa

You need to have a valid passport at least 6 months beyond your scheduled return date to enter Egypt and you can obtain a visa from the Egyptian Consulate before departure. Also, entry visa is available upon arrival Egypt airports against USD 15 per passport for specific nationalities and need to check before.

 

Sleeper Trains in Egypt

Sleeper trains are designed and equipped according to a satisfactory standard and quality that was set up by the Egyptian Railway Authority. Sleeper train from Cairo to Aswan is about 14 hours and sleeping train from Luxor to Cairo is about 11 hours.

 

Additional Entry Tickets

All our Egypt tour packages and programs don’t include entrance fees to special archaeological sites such as entering one of the Pyramids inside, to visit the Mummies Room at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, to visit the Solar Boat Museum at the Pyramids area or to enter the Tomb of Tutankhamen at Valley of the Kings in Luxor
